What is the Circle of Security Parenting programme and how can it help my family and I?

circle of security logoCircle of Security Parenting (COS-P) is a parenting programme based on attachment research. It aims to assist parents to create a strong connection with their children.

We often hear people say “children don’t come with an instruction manual”. The COS-P programme sees children AS their own instruction manual. Using this approach parents can learn to read their children’s cues and respond in ways that enhance their child’s sense of security.
